Meadow is a monthly snail mail subscription designed to help you slow down, reflect, and grow. Each month you’ll receive a personal letter, two intentional cards for looking within and connecting with others, and every other month we include paper goods — all crafted intentionally to help you heal, grow, and reach beyond yourself.

Each month you'll receive...

  • A Personal Letter

    An honest letter to encourage and spur you on toward self-reflection, personal growth, and genuine outreach. Each letter is written on a unique theme.

  • Two Intentional Cards

    One asks you to look within - including a few questions to sit with & consider. One asks you to look around - with two conversation starters and one simple, yet practical way to show up for someone else.

  • Surprise Paper Goods

    *Every other month* we include a surprise paper good - think greeting cards, bookmarks, stickers, art prints, and seasonal surprises to keep or share.

Common Questions

Can I gift a subscription?

Yes! If you'd like to gift a Meadow subscription to someone you love, simply add the desired subscription option to your cart, and when you enter the "Shipping Address" at checkout, simply enter the name and address of the person you'd like to gift the Meadow subscription to.

At this time we are unable to include personalized notes with gifted subscriptions.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes! You can cancel your subscription at any time.

If you subscribed via our monthly option, when you cancel, you will stop receiving monthly envelopes from Meadow either immediately or after one last envelope - this will depend on whether you cancel your subscription before or after that month's subscription payment had been processed.

If you subscribe via our pre-paid 6-month or annual options, you will stop receiving monthly envelopes from Meadow when your subscription period comes to its end. For example, if you purchase a 6-month subscription and you cancel your subscription in month four, you will still receive month five and six envelopes - but your subscription will not continue after the full 6-month period unless you choose to resume your subscription.

While our pre-paid subscriptions (our 6-month and annual options) are non-refundable, you can cancel at any time.

Who Writes Meadow's Letters?
Hi, I'm Vanessa. The Creator & Writer at Meadow. I'm a wife, a mother, a daughter, a sister, and a friend. I am a Christian and my faith informs how I see and exist in the world, but my letters are not devotionals. Instead, faith shows up in Meadow’s letters as it does in my life – genuinely, honestly, and never "in your face."

I earned an education in Psychology because helping others grow & live life well is something I've always felt called to do. So, regardless where you're at in life - no matter your age, your relationship status, your beliefs, or your past - I believe you'll find a meadow full of value in our monthly letters. (:
